How implementation works

Traditional CRM implementation means months of configuration, data mapping, and consultant hours. Mundo replaces that with a direct connection between your Claude account and Mundo's backend. Claude has access to Mundo's skill library, which includes pre-built tools for data migration, integration setup, field mapping, and configuration. You talk to Claude. Claude does the work.

Setup in four steps

Connect your Claude account

From your Mundo dashboard, generate an API connection token. Add it to your Claude configuration to give Claude access to Mundo's skill library. This is a one-time setup that takes about 30 seconds.

Once connected, Claude has access to all of Mundo's skills: data migration, field mapping, integration setup, enrichment, reporting, and more. You bring the Claude compute. Mundo provides the tools.

Connect your integrations

Tell Claude which tools you use and it will walk you through each integration using Mundo's setup skills. OAuth flows for email and calendar, API keys for enrichment providers, webhook configuration for call recorders.

Migrate your data

Whether you're coming from another CRM or starting from spreadsheets, Claude handles the migration using Mundo's data skills. Export a CSV or connect directly to your existing system. Claude maps fields, deduplicates records, resolves conflicts, and enriches data as it comes in.
